Renter Information

Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between (the "Renter" entered above) and BM Bike Rentals. The Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the rental of an E-Bike (the "E-Bike") by the Renter from the BM Bike Rentals

1. Rental Period: The rental period for the E-Bike will begin at the date of signing and end on September 8th at 1pm PST 2026. The Renter agrees to return the E-Bike to the BM Bike Rentals on or before the agreed-upon end date or will be automatically charged an additional $350 and forfeit their deposit.

I give BM Bike Rentals Permission to Charge my card on file an additional $350 if I do not return the E-Bike on or before 9/8/2026. I understand that my deposit does not cover lost or stolen E-Bike(s).

2. Rental Fee and Deposit The Renter agrees to pay a total rental fee for the specified rental period. Additionally, the Renter will provide a security deposit of $300 (the "Deposit"), payable to the BM Bike Rentals, at the time of rental pick-up.

3. Deposit Refund: The Deposit will be held by BM BIKE RENTALS as security for the E-Bike's safe return in the same condition it was rented out. Upon satisfactory return of the E-Bike at the end of the rental period and inspection by BM Bike rentals, the Deposit will be refunded to the Renter. The Entire Deposit will be forfeited if the bike is returned in non-working condition. Or damaged beyond reasonable repair. If the bike is returned without the Charger, Battery or other “non-crucial” components. The damages will be subtracted from the renters deposit. Missing / Broken Charger $100 Missing / Broken Battery $200 Missing / Broken Crucial components ( Tire, throttle, seat etc.) $150

4. E-Bike Condition and Use: The Renter acknowledges that the E-Bike is in good working condition and agrees to use it responsibly. The Renter will be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the E-Bike during the rental period.

5. Late Return: BM Bike rentals does not accept late returns. If the Renter fails to return the E-Bike by the agreed-upon end date, the bike will be considered lost or stolen and renter will forfeit their deposit and be charged an additional $350 missing property charge to the renters payment method on file.

6. Liability: The Renter assumes full liability for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the E-Bike during the rental period. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses related to the Renter's use of the E-Bike.

7. Insurance: The Renter acknowledges that insurance coverage for the E-Bike is not provided under this Agreement. It is the Renter's responsibility to obtain suitable insurance coverage, if desired.

   
   

8. Maintenance and Repairs: The Renter agrees to return the E-Bike in the same condition it was rented out, normal wear and tear excepted. Any maintenance or repairs required due to negligence or misuse by the Renter will be the Renter's responsibility and will be deducted from the Deposit as specified in section 3.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and in WashoeCounty, Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

   By signing below, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
